Selling non-SKU items is done by creating a Department Code.
You can start this process by selecting the Go menu on the top bar. Then selecting Item Records (Products) which will take you to a list of your inventory.
From this screen, select Add A New Record which will being up a menu that automatically opens to Basic Info.
Change the Pricing Model to Fill in Price at Time of Sale which will change Inventory Tracking to “Off.”
Use this screen to fill in basic info as necessary for the items you want to sell as non-SKU inventory.
