If you need forms for your customers, you can create them in here. A common example is a waiver or liability form.
Access the “Customer Forms Designer” in the “Customer Menu.”
Here, you’ll see a list of your forms. Since we don’t have any currently, Artisan says there are no records found.
To create one, click on “Add a New Record.”
You can choose to import a form if you already have one created and want to edit it in Artisan. Otherwise, click on “Edit Form” and add any information you want.
