To enter license keys into Artisan, you’ll need to provide your hardware ID to CerTek. The hardware ID is a unique signature assigned to your computer that lets us keep track of which license is entered on what computer.
Locate Your Hardware ID
With Artisan open, head to “Help” from the pulldown menu.
Click on “About Artisan POS Software.”
Your hardware ID is the “Machine Name” (the code in brackets). This code automatically copies to your computer’s clipboard. Paste this code into an email and send it to sales@certek.com to receive your key(s).
