Depending on what section you are in, Artisan might ask you the following: do you want to see a list of transactions, or individual items from those transactions?
Wanting to see a list of pending orders or a customer’s sales history is just one of the many places where you might see this screen.
Example
Let’s use a customer’s purchase history for example. With the customer selected, we’ll click on the “Activity” tab and select “Activity Reports.”
Then, we’ll select “Sales Activity.“
Clicking on “Transaction Summaries Only” will bring up a list of payments, deposits, sales orders, etc.
Selecting “Individual Line Items” brings up the item(s) in question regarding the activity. In this case, these are all the items this customer has bought or returned.
