Day-End Closing<\/h3>\n

Here is where you can process your Day-End, utilize the Cash Counter, run reports, and adjust tender amounts if necessary.<\/p>\n

Reprint Day-End Report<\/h3>\n

This is where you can reprint a day-end report for a specific period in time. Press “Enter<\/strong>” to reprint the day-end.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You’ll be able to select which report you want to print.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Sales Summary Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

This allows you to run a report based on the following criteria you can include or exclude.<\/p>\n

Standard Tender Detail Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

This report gives a breakdown of what payment types were used during this period.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You can use all payment types or select one from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You can also include a subtotal by cash register and show cash change.<\/p>\n

Extended Tender Detail Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

This report is not yet available in Artisan.<\/p>\n

Transaction Detail Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

This report shows the transactions completed during the time period, including the items purchased, the tender(s) used, and amount due.<\/p>\n

Complete Sales Summary By Station<\/strong><\/p>\n

This report summarizes sales during this time period by station and can include or exclude any fields from this list.<\/p>\n

Shift Closing<\/h3>\n

Shift closing allows you to end the current shift. You can process the Shift Closing, utilize the Cash Counter, run reports, and adjust tender amounts if necessary. Closing the shift will start the next shift (ex. Closing Shift 1 will start Shift 2).<\/p>\n

Reprint Shift Report<\/h3>\n

These screens are similar to Day-End reports–except the fact that they’re dealing with shifts instead.<\/p>\n

Standalone Cash Counter<\/h3>\n

At any time, you can count your cash without it being part of a day end or shift close, but there are some notable differences. The main difference is that you can\u2019t make adjustments and the counter has no bearing on closing out or posting sales. In standalone mode, the cash counter is simply a specialized calculator.<\/p>\n

This report spans a time period you specify instead of a particular Day End or Shift.<\/p>\n
