To receive items into Artisan without a purchase order, click on “Receiving<\/strong>” from the “Main Menu<\/strong>” and “Receive Inventory Without a PO<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Select a vendor to receive from.<\/p>\n

Since there isn’t a PO for this vendor, the “expected” quantity is at zero. To enter in an amount for a “received<\/strong>” quantity, press “enter<\/strong>” and input the amount.<\/p>\n

Or, press “Scan Mode<\/strong>” and start scanning in items. Once you’re finished scanning, hit “Process<\/strong>” to save your scan count.<\/p>\n

Once you’re finished entering all items in, press “Process<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

The counts will be accepted into Artisan.<\/p>\n
