To receive items that were placed on special order or a sales order, click on “New PO<\/strong>” and create a PO for the vendor you are receiving from.<\/p>\n

Select “Include all Purchase Requests for This Vendor<\/strong>” to see the purchase requests associated with this vendor.<\/p>\n

In this example, by selecting “Macys<\/strong>” as our vendor, Artisan pulled up two separate special orders (for different customers).<\/p>\n

Save the PO.<\/p>\n

Now that the PO has been created, head to “Receiving”<\/strong> from the “Main Menu<\/strong>” and “Receive Items for a Specific Sales Slip #.<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

Select the sales slip.<\/p>\n

Press “Enter<\/strong>” to receive the item quantity.<\/p>\n

Or, click on “Scan Mode<\/strong>” to scan the item(s) in.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you need to delete the scan, press “Delete Scan<\/strong>.” Once you\u2019re finished scanning, hit \u201cProcess<\/strong>\u201d to save your scan count.<\/p>\n

If you leave without processing the scans, they will be discarded.<\/p>\n

Press “Process<\/strong>” when you’re finished.<\/p>\n

You’ll see a receiving notice with the information regarding the special order or sales order.<\/p>\n
