What is the Audit Log?<\/h3>\n

The Audit Log tracks all activity Users make in Artisan. This includes opening, editing, adding, and removing records, accessing areas of the program, opening and closing the database, and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This helps you monitor every aspect of your data, down to the smallest, most specific detail.<\/p>\n

Accessing the Audit Log<\/h3>\n

To view the Audit Log, click on “Tools<\/strong>” from the “Main Menu<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Select “View Audit Log<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Searching Records<\/h3>\n

The Audit Log’s default search is Date\/Time. But, like any Artisan records screen, you can further filter your search and change your default search.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To change your default search, click on “Power Search<\/strong>” and select your desired fields. Select “Save Search<\/strong>” and check off the\u00a0“Make this the default Search Option<\/strong>” box.<\/p>\n

You can add other columns, such as “Station<\/strong>” and “Record Name<\/strong>” by clicking on “Configure Columns<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n
