You can easily donate items while using Artisan. Common reasons to donate items might be for a fundraiser or charity event. Follow these instructions to learn how to mark a sale as a donation in Artisan.<\/p>\n

Sales Screen<\/h3>\n

Enter the item(s) you want to count as a donation and select “Donation<\/strong>” from the sales dropdown.<\/p>\n

The total will update as “0<\/strong>.” Click “Finalize<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Press “Save<\/strong>” on the following screen.<\/p>\n

View Donations<\/h3>\n

To view a list of all donations that have been made in Artisan, head to “Reports.” <\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on “Inventory Adjustment Detail<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Enter in the relevant date range and make sure “Include Donations?<\/strong>” is set to “Yes<\/strong>.” View the report.<\/p>\n
