Employee reports are especially useful when paired with a sales report. That way, you can compare your most popular sales times to how many employees you have working throughout the week. With this information, you can schedule your employees with confidence.<\/p>\n

For more details, such as clock in and clock out date, consider using the “Employee Time Clock Detail<\/strong><\/a>” report.<\/p>\n

Accessing the Report<\/h3>\n

You may access this report two different ways. At the top of the screen, click on “Reports<\/strong>,” “Employee Reports<\/strong>,” and “Employee Time Clock Summary<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Or, from the “Main Menu<\/strong>,” click on “Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Select “Employee Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Click on “Employee Time Clock Summary<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Either way, you’ll end up at the following screen.<\/p>\n

Report Fields<\/h3>\n

If you want to change the date, enter it manually or select it from the calendar (accessed from the downward-facing arrows).<\/p>\n

You may view a time clock report for all of your employees. Or, pick a specific employee from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

If you have more than one site, select one or leave it set to \u201cAll Sites<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

You may save these changes by selecting \u201cSave as Defaults for this Report (except dates).<\/strong>\u201d The next time you open this report, the selections you made for the fields will display (except for the date range you inputted).<\/p>\n

Reading the Report<\/h3>\n

Employees are listed alphabetically by first name (ex. Alice, Amanda, Ella). Their hours totaled throughout the time period show under the “Hours<\/strong>” column.\u00a0<\/p>\n
