Though it might not happen often, you might want to unpost a Day End or Shift-Closing to adjust sales or transactions, then repost to accurately report the changes for your accounting needs.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re using the old version of Artisan, you\u2019ll need to follow slightly different steps in order to unpost a sale. If you\u2019re using 4.X, follow these steps<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Head to the “Main Menu<\/strong>” and choose “Accounting<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Choose “Daily\/Monthly Sales<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Choose “Unpost Previously Posted Sales<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Then, choose “Unpost Specific Day End<\/strong>.” You may need to type in a password.<\/p>\n

Hit “Yes<\/strong>” to prompt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Choose the date(s) you want to fix.<\/p>\n
