Artisan will display this popup: \u201cTo print labels, first select the record(s) you want to print labels for, then press Ctrl-P, then press \u201cPrint Labels.\u201d Press \u201cOK<\/strong>\u201d to display your Item Records.<\/p>\n You may want to print labels for all of your vendors, but you can also narrow down your vendors by code, keywords, location, and more. Artisan allows you to do this by using the Power Search feature. Please review this article<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to learn more about this function.<\/p>\n Now that we have the list of vendors we want to print mailing labels for, it is time to do the actual printing.<\/p>\n 1. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P or select the \u201cPrint<\/strong>\u201d button at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n 2. Then, choose \u201cPrint Labels for All Matching Records.<\/strong>“<\/p>\n 3. This opens the Label Form and Settings screen. Determine how many copies you want to print for each vendor. You can choose to print the same amount for each item or enter individual quantities for each record.\u00a0<\/p>\n Select the Label Form you want to use for printing these labels.
