{"id":16938,"date":"2022-11-08T16:22:47","date_gmt":"2022-11-08T21:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/certek.com\/kb4\/?p=16938"},"modified":"2023-06-15T13:24:36","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T17:24:36","slug":"consignment-sales-report","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/certek.com\/kb4\/knowledge-base\/consignment-sales-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Consignment Sales Report"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you run a consignment shop, or sell even a few items on consignment, consider running the &#8220;<strong>Consignment Sales Report<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This report breaks down each consignment sale you&#8217;ve had during a specific time period, including the quantity sold, date the sale occurred, amount the product sold for, the amount you owe that consignor, and other relevant information. This is a great way to see which consignment vendors perform well and which items are being sold. It&#8217;s also nice to have for your accounting records.<\/p>\n<p>The report is generated based on the item(s) sold and the Consignment Cost Model and Consignment Split set in each consignment vendor&#8217;s account. Remember, sales must be posted in a Day End before they&#8217;ll show up on the report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consignment Vendor:<\/strong> If you want to only focus on one vendor, or a few specific vendors, enter their Vendor Code here. The Vendor Code is found in the vendor record. Separate multiple vendors with commas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Show Individual Sales?:<\/strong> If &#8220;yes&#8221; is selected, Artisan will include relevant sales data for each sale (quantity, date, slip number, description, SKU, retail price, amount sold, and amount due.). If &#8220;no&#8221; is selected, Artisan will just show the quantity, description, and SKU, as well as the retail price, amount sold for, and amount due. If the item has a vendor product number, it will display on the report. Notice that the individual dates and slip numbers are not included.
