Though you can easily view pending orders and layaways within Artisan, you might want to print out a list of these orders to have for your own records. Do so easily with the “Pending Orders\/Layaway” Report.<\/p>\n

Accessing the Report<\/h3>\n

From the toolbar, select “Reports<\/strong>,” “Sales Reports<\/strong>,” and “Pending Layaway\/Order Report<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Or, from the “Main Menu<\/strong>,” select “Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Choose “Sales Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Select “Pending Layaway\/Order Report<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Show Sale Type:\u00a0<\/strong>Choose between showing layaways, sale orders, special orders, or all three on the same report.<\/p>\n

Sale Status:\u00a0<\/strong>Choose the orders that have the sale status you want to view, from incomplete, waiting, or ready.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Here, we can see every pending order or layaway, sorted by the date the sale occurred. We’ve included all sale types and statuses.<\/p>\n
