Instead of viewing payment details for all layaways and orders, you can view them individually. The report will show the date the sale occurred, the order amount, payment history, ending balance, and other information.<\/p>\n

Accessing the Report<\/strong><\/h3>\n

From the toolbar, select “Reports<\/strong>,” “Sales Reports<\/strong>,” and “Layaway\/Order Payment History (Single).<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

Or, from the “Main Menu<\/strong>,” select “Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Click on “Sales Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Choose “Layaway\/Order Payment History (Single)<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Either way, you’ll end up at the following screen.<\/p>\n

Report Fields<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Enter the Transaction #<\/strong> (Sales Slip number). If you’re unsure of the number, go to the customer’s record and look at their activity tab.<\/p>\n

To enter more than one transaction, separate them with commas. You can save these numbers for later, if necessary, by clicking on the “Save as Defaults for this Report<\/strong>” checkmark.<\/p>\n

Here, we can see details for the two sales numbers we included. We can see that the first order has a $100 deposit, leaving a total of $609.41 left to complete the transaction.
