The purchase order will open in Artisan.\u00a0<\/p>\n You may also print\/export\/email an already-existing PO. From the “Main Menu<\/strong>,” select “Purchasing<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n Select “View\/Edit Purchase Order<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n Select the purchase order you want to open.\u00a0<\/p>\n Note: If you want to print, export, or email a purchase order that was already received, open the “Power Search” and toggle the “PO Status” field to “Closed.” This will pull up a list of all purchase orders that have been received.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Look for the “print” icon in the top left corner – or, right above it, select “File<\/strong>” and “Print<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n Make sure the printer you have set up to print reports for in Artisan is the same printer selected in this dialog box.<\/p>\n View your printer settings in “Configuration Settings<\/strong>,” “Device Configuration<\/strong>,” and “Printers<\/strong>.” Click here<\/a><\/strong> for more information.<\/p>\n If you want to save the purchase order on your computer, such as in a .PDF, choose “Export<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n Or, click on “Report<\/strong>” and select “Export<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n Choose the file format you want to save the purchase order as. Click “OK<\/strong>.” Artisan will then ask where you want to save the file.<\/p>\n Emailing documents within Artisan is possible as well.
