Depending on what section you are in, Artisan might ask you the following: do you want to see a list of transactions, or individual items from those transactions?<\/p>\n

Wanting to see a list of pending orders or a customer’s sales history is just one of the many places where you might see this screen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Let’s use a customer’s purchase history for example. With the customer selected, we’ll click on the “Activity<\/strong>” tab and select “Activity Reports<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Then, we’ll select “Sales Activity.<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

Clicking on “Transaction Summaries Only<\/strong>” will bring up a list of payments, deposits, sales orders, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Selecting “Individual Line Items<\/strong>” brings up the item(s) in question regarding the activity. In this case, these are all the items this customer has bought or returned.<\/p>\n
