Please follow this article to learn how to set up Transaction Services (TRX) as your payment processor in Artisan.<\/p>\n

Artisan Settings<\/h3>\n

Head to “Configuration Settings<\/strong>” and scroll down to \u201cBusiness and Financial Settings<\/strong>.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Expand \u201cPayment Processing Settings<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Create a new Payment Processing Profile for TRX (“Edit List<\/strong>,” then “Add New<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n

For \u201cPayment Processing Method<\/strong>,\u201d select \u201cTransaction Services (TRX) Direct<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Select your processing company.<\/p>\n

PIN Pad Settings<\/h3>\n

Next, enter the terminal\u2019s IP address. To access this, press 159<\/strong> on the PIN pad at once.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The PIN Pad shown is the Verifone P200.<\/em><\/p>\n

Press “down” on the gray button in the middle, then press the green button to select “Com Control<\/strong>” on the following screen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Select \u201cLan<\/strong>\u201d by pressing the green button.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Select \u201cStatus<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Look for the \u201cIP Address<\/strong>\u201d section.<\/p>\n

Leave \u201cPort #<\/strong>\u201d as-is.<\/p>\n

Enter the IP address into the “Terminal Device IP Address Field<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

The rest of the settings in the “Payment Processing<\/strong>” section are based on your preferences \u2013 such as credit card time out, debit card processing, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n
