Head to your Artisan folder, locate your log .txt file, and upload to our Hightail link<\/a><\/strong>: https:\/\/spaces.hightail.com\/uplink\/certek<\/p>\n

Follow this path: C:\\Users\\<current user>\\Artisan\\local\\v4\\default<\/strong> to locate your log file.<\/p>\n

To do so, select your “Local Disk<\/strong>” (your “C<\/strong>” drive). Look for your “Artisan<\/strong>” folder.<\/p>\n
