Artisan lets you print, export, or email documents such as invoices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to email documents directly within <\/em>Artisan, you need to have an email set up<\/strong> <\/a>within the program. Contact Support for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open “Program Options<\/strong>.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Under “Device Configuration<\/strong>,” open “Printers<\/strong>” and click on “Printer Assignments<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Make sure “Preview ALL”<\/strong> is checked.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. Pull up the sale. Do this by clicking the “Operations<\/strong>” button on the Sales Screen (CTRL and O on your keyboard) and selecting “Recall Sale,<\/strong>” or by viewing the customer’s purchase history.<\/p>\n

With the sale open, select CTRL<\/strong> and P<\/strong> on your keyboard.<\/p>\n

3. This will pull up a preview of the document. You can print, export, or email (if you have that set up in Artisan) the document by clicking on the corresponding button.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>If you don’t have your email set up in Artisan, in order to send these invoices to your customer, you’ll need to click on the export button and save as a .PDF. Then, open your email service in your browser (ex. Gmail or Outlook) and attach the document(s).\u00a0<\/p>\n
