Required Fields:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Item Code (SKU)<\/li>\n
  • Category<\/li>\n
  • Retail Price<\/li>\n
  • Qty on Hand<\/li>\n
  • Inventory Tracking Turned On<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Optional Fields:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Preferred Vendor – Optional Vendor ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Inventory Details Tab<\/h3>\n

      Required Fields:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Inventory Tracking Turned On<\/li>\n
      • Total Quantities – Must have a Qty On Hand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Codes and Measures Tab<\/h3>\n

        • Width, Height, and Depth are measured in inches<\/li>\n
        • Shipping Weight is measured in pounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n

          Pictures & Menus Tab<\/h3>\n

          • Full-Size Image, Thumbnail, and Additional Images are .JPG or .PNG only<\/li>\n
          • Images cannot exceed 1MB each<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Internet Store Tab<\/strong><\/h3>\n

            Required Fields<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Include in Internet Store? Yes – To have this product display in your online store<\/li>\n
            • Product Name \/ Title – Enter a name for this product<\/li>\n
            • Detailed Description: Enter a description for the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Optional Fields<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Additional Categories – Include any Artisan Category Codes you also want this product to be included in<\/li>\n
              • Product Tags – Add any related Artisan Category Codes. Helps with searching on your website<\/li>\n
              • Related Products – Add the Item Code (SKU) of any similar products that will appear when viewers are browsing this product<\/li>\n
              • Brief Description – Helps with site meta data and SEO (search engine optimization)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
