To print your logo on a label printer using Artisan, the logo must be a 1-bit PCX file that is loaded into the printer’s memory.<\/p>\n

If your logo is in a different file type (.JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP, etc.) use the following tool to convert the image into a 1-bit PCX file: https:\/\/online-converting.com\/image\/convert2pcx\/\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. Click “Add Image File<\/strong>” or drag and drop the file. Click “Download<\/strong>” to retrieve your converted file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1a. If your file is too big to upload to the printer, you’ll need to resize it. Use this tool to resize your file: https:\/\/filestar.com\/skills\/pcx\/resize-pcx<\/a><\/p>\n

    Install the program for your operating system (Windows or Mac).<\/p>\n

    1b. Select “Open File<\/strong>” from your downloads section.<\/p>\n

    1c. Follow the prompts to finish the installation.<\/p>\n

    1d. Open the program and select your .PCX file.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    1e. Choose “Resize<\/strong>” under “What Would You Like To Do With This File?<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

    1f. Choose where you want the image to go after it is resized (such as your “Downloads<\/strong>” folder). The program will automatically select a size (width and height) to resize your file to. You can change this by entering new numbers if necessary. When you’re ready, click “Resize<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

    2. <\/strong>Locate your file and rename it LOGO.PCX<\/strong> (in all caps).<\/p>\n

    3. Configure the following settings using the TSC Diagnostic Tool (or a similar printer driver tool).<\/p>\n

    If you don’t have this tool, download it here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    4. Click on the “File Manager<\/strong>” tab.<\/p>\n

    5. Click the “Browse<\/strong>” button and double-click on your LOGO.PCX file.<\/p>\n

    6. Double-check that the file name is LOGO.PCX in all caps.<\/p>\n

    7. Set the “Memory Device<\/strong>” field to “Flash<\/strong>” from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

    8. Click “Download<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n
