There are several ways to open an Item Record<\/strong> in Artisan, but this screen is displaying the\u00a0Items<\/strong> button on the menu bar across the top of the screen. \u00a0From this screen, you can select an\u00a0Item<\/strong> by either using the mouse to “click,” or by using the arrow keys to go up and down the list. \u00a0Once you’ve selected an Item<\/strong>, you can either hit the “Enter” key on your keyboard or select “Edit This Record<\/strong>” from the lower button options on the screen displayed.<\/p>\n

To access some of the advanced features of the\u00a0Item Record<\/strong> in the editing function, you can either select\u00a0Activity<\/strong>\u00a0or use the “F4” key on the keyboard. \u00a0This will open up a basic\u00a0Item Activity Log<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
