The first step in exporting your data to Management One or other Open-To-Buy (OTB) Planning service is the\u00a0Accounting (4)<\/strong> function, reached through the\u00a0Go (F6)<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the\u00a0Accounting<\/strong> menu, the\u00a0Sales Exports(6)<\/strong> function will bring up an additional menu with the option to export Open-To-Buy data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Export Sales Data for Open-To-Buy (M1 Format)(3)<\/strong> will bring up the export options for this function within\u00a0Artisan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In older versions of Artisan<\/em>, this will be menu entry 4<\/strong>, instead, “Export Sales Data to Management One for Open-To-Buy<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exported file will be a .txt file that can be placed in a file or location of your choosing, as well as easy to upload directly to\u00a0your OTB planning service through your dedicated portal or FTP site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To change the location of this export, simply select the \u201cLook In<\/strong>\u201d dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artisan will then show you the OTB Export Options<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the\u00a0Report Month<\/b>\u00a0to export, as well as enter in any other additional necessary data \u2013\u00a0Company Master ID, Building\/Store Number,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0PO Date Basis<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
