Adding an Image to Already-Existing Product<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To add an image to a product that already exists in Artisan, click on “Items<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

There are many different methods to find the product you’re looking for. If you know the item code, type it in the search bar. If you want to search with a different method, click on “Start New Search<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Choose from any of the following search methods.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Or, use the “Power Search.<\/strong>” This is an even more advanced search method, letting you filter items from keyword, category, price range, and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Once you have your item selected, press F4<\/strong> on your keyboard or press “Edit This Record<\/strong>.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

This opens the “Item Record<\/strong>” panel. Click on the “Pictures and Menus<\/strong>” tab.<\/p>\n

If you want the image(s) you’re uploading to show up on your Quick-Pick<\/a> menu, select “yes<\/strong>.” If not, select “no<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

The “Menu Order<\/strong>” controls where the item displays in the Quick-Pick menu. <\/span>\u201c<\/span>80<\/b>\u201d is the default menu order. Artisan sorts all records with the menu order at \u201c<\/span>80<\/b>\u201d and alphabetizes them. If you want the item to be the first record shown (to the left of the list), input \u201c1<\/strong>.\u201d If you want the record to be toward the bottom of the list, enter \u201c<\/span>99<\/b>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The “Menu Color<\/strong>” changes the product background in the Quick-Pick menu. This example uses “Jungle Green<\/strong>” as its menu color.<\/p>\n

To upload an image to the product, click on “Import<\/strong>.” Locate the image file on your computer and click “Open<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Now the “Full-Size Image<\/strong>” is imported. Repeat the importing process for the “Thumbnail Image”<\/strong> and “Additional Image<\/strong>” sections if you so desire.<\/p>\n

Press “save<\/strong>” once you’re done.<\/p>\n

Adding an Image to a New Product<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To add a new product to your item records, press F3<\/strong> on your keyboard or click on the “Add A New Record<\/strong>” button.<\/p>\n

Fill in the item description, category, manufacturer, and other relevant fields. Once you’re finished, head to the “Pictures and Menus<\/strong>” tab and follow the above steps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
