NOTE: Make sure you have the latest version of Artisan<\/a> downloaded.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reminder: Inventory will not be removed from Artisan until the order is downloaded into Artisan and marked as delivered. Then, Artisan communicates with Shopify that the item has been sold.<\/p>\n

If your orders aren’t showing up in Artisan, follow these steps to solve the issue.<\/p>\n

In Shopify, click on “Orders<\/strong>,” then “All Orders<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Click on a specific order that is not showing up in Artisan. Click on the “More Actions<\/strong>” arrow and select “Unarchive<\/strong>.” The “Archived<\/strong>” button will disappear.<\/p>\n

Next, head to your settings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Click on “Checkout<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Scroll to the bottom. Uncheck<\/em> “Automatically archive the order<\/strong>.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Save your settings.<\/p>\n

Open your Artisan task manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Open your Shopify task.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

“Stop<\/strong>” the task (if it is already running). Press “Run<\/strong>.” This will update your changes.<\/p>\n

Close out of Artisan, then open it again.<\/p>\n

Artisan should now recognize your orders.<\/p>\n
