To repair quantities in Item Records, follow these steps.<\/p>\n

Database Maintenance\u00a0<\/h3>\n

From the “Main Menu<\/strong>,” head to “Tools<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Click on “Database Maintenance<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Select “Advanced Database Maintenance<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Click on “Repair Quantities in Item Records<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

List the SKUs\/Item Codes that you want to correct. Separate them by commas. If you want to repair all SKUs, leave this field blank.<\/p>\n

You’ll receive a pop-up menu asking if you want to include corrections to quantity on hand. Select “Yes<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Select “Yes<\/strong>” on the following pop-up.<\/p>\n

If there weren’t any corrections that need to be done, Artisan will display this screen.<\/p>\n
