In Artisan, you can view audit logs of data changes for specific areas, from Item Records to customer history. Here, you can see all changes across the program. This is useful to track what changes happened when, by what User.
The search defaults to Date/Time, but you can utilize other searches to narrow down your results.
Click on “Show Power Search” and select from the dropdown to include and exclude details.
You can add other columns, such as “Station” and “Record Name” by clicking on “Configure Columns.”
Click “View Details” to see more about the audit record.
