Orders Not Showing in Artisan (through Shopify)

NOTE: Make sure you have the latest version of Artisan downloaded. 

Reminder: Inventory will not be removed from Artisan until the order is downloaded into Artisan and marked as delivered. Then, Artisan communicates with Shopify that the item has been sold.


If your orders aren’t showing up in Artisan, follow these steps to solve the issue.

In Shopify, click on “Orders,” then “All Orders.”

Click on a specific order that is not showing up in Artisan. Click on the “More Actions” arrow and select “Unarchive.” The “Archived” button will disappear.

Next, head to your settings. 

Click on “Checkout.”

 

Scroll to the bottom. UncheckAutomatically archive the order.” 

Save your settings.

Open your Artisan task manager. 

Open your Shopify task.

Stop” the task (if it is already running). Press “Run.” This will update your changes.

Close out of Artisan, then open it again.

Artisan should now recognize your orders.
