Creating a Gift Registry

Click here to find Gift Registry items that have not yet been purchased.

To create a gift registry, click on the “Registry” button.

Click on “Add A New Record.”

Next, click on “Choose Customer.”

Search for the customer or scroll through the list. To select the customer, click on the customer name and press enter on your keyboard, or double-click.

If there is a co-registrant, enter their name. Next, select the “Event Type” and enter the “Event Name,” “Date,” and any relevant notes. 

To enter any shipping details, click on the “Shipping Information” tab. Click on the “Ship Via” dropdown. The customer’s shipping details will populate when one of the shipping options is selected.

When you’re finished, click on “Save.”

Click on “Customers” and “Gift Registries” to see your gift registries. 

You can add a new gift registry here or edit one.

Gift Registry Items Not Yet Purchased for All Customers

Click on “Order Status” and “Gift Registry Items.”

This displays a list of any items on registry lists that have not been purchased. 

You can narrow down the registry list, if necessary, by clicking on the “Power Search” and selecting “Gift Registry.” From the last pull-down, select the registry.
