Artisan makes it easy to view all of your consignment items in one area. Read this article to learn how you can view both your in-stock consignment and overall consignment items (on separate lists).
Accessing the Lists
From the “Main Menu,” click on “Accounting.”
Select “Consignment Accounting.”
This opens the “Consignment Accounting Menu.”
Consignment Items In Stock
This list shows any consignment items you currently have in stock. As with all record screen lists in Artisan, you can select “Configure Columns” to see other information. For example, it might be handy for you to see the specific QOH for your current location, so adding the “Site QOH” column is a good idea.
All Consignment Items
This list shows every item you have included as consignment in Artisan, including out-of-stock items.
