In Artisan, you have the ability to import reports made by the technical support team. Once imported, these reports are found in the Miscellaneous Reports Menu. Sometimes, CerTek creates new reports for new versions, and those are found here as well.
Access Miscellaneous Reports
To get to this menu, click on “Reports,” “Miscellaneous Reports” and “Custom Miscellaneous Reports.”
Or, from the “Main Menu,” click on “Reports.”
Select “Miscellaneous Reports.”
Choose “Custom Miscellaneous.”
This opens a screen of all miscellaneous reports.
