Printing One Label for Multiple Items

Do you need to print only one label for an item – for different items across your inventory? This is particularly useful for our popular three across 3-UP-TTR or TTP to avoid wasting labels.

On the “Item Records” screen, right-click and select “Configure Columns.”

Enable the checkbox at the top of the pop-up screen: “Show Check Box Column to Select Individual Records for Bulk Actions.” Select “OK” to save.

You’ll see checkboxes on the left side of your “Item Records” screen. To select the items you want to print labels for, first click the uppermost checkbox to unselect all of your item records.

Then, pick the checkbox for the items you want to print.

Once you’ve selected all the items you want to print select the “Print” button or Ctrl-P on your keyboard. Then, select “Print All Labels for Matching Records.”

Artisan will tell you that you are about to print a large batch of labels (even if you’re going to print only three or so – this is normal). We recommend checking off items in groups of three (ex. 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.) to avoid wasting labels.
