Basic Info Tab
Required Fields:
- Item Code (SKU)
- Category
- Retail Price
- Qty on Hand
- Inventory Tracking Turned On
Optional Fields:
- Preferred Vendor – Optional Vendor ID
Inventory Details Tab
Required Fields:
- Inventory Tracking Turned On
- Total Quantities – Must have a Qty On Hand
Codes and Measures Tab
- Width, Height, and Depth are measured in inches
- Shipping Weight is measured in pounds
Pictures & Menus Tab
- Full-Size Image, Thumbnail, and Additional Images are .JPG or .PNG only
- Images cannot exceed 1MB each
Internet Store Tab
Required Fields
- Include in Internet Store? Yes – To have this product display in your online store
- Product Name / Title – Enter a name for this product
- Detailed Description: Enter a description for the product
Optional Fields
- Additional Categories – Include any Artisan Category Codes you also want this product to be included in
- Product Tags – Add any related Artisan Category Codes. Helps with searching on your website
- Related Products – Add the Item Code (SKU) of any similar products that will appear when viewers are browsing this product
- Brief Description – Helps with site meta data and SEO (search engine optimization)
