Ready Orders are orders that are ready to be delivered or picked up by the customer, or paid for completely.
Access Ready Orders
From the “Main Menu,” click on “Order Status.”
Next, click on “Special Orders and Custom Orders.”
Choose “Ready Orders.”
Choose if you want to view transaction summaries or line items.
This will open your list of “Ready Orders.” Select the order by pressing “Enter.”
In this case, this order still needs to be paid for.
Select the “Pay” button.
Enter the amount being paid.
Press “Finalize.” Select the payment type(s) to pay for the order. Press “Save.”
If the customer is there to pick up the order, select “Yes.”
