To see a list of all of the items you have received into Artisan, click on “Receiving” from the “Main Menu” and “Receiving Log.”
You’ll see the date the item was received, along with its item code, vendor, quantity received, description, and request reason.
You can add and rearrange columns if necessary, such as “Date Needed,” “Notes,” and more, by clicking on “Configure Columns.“
To view each individual item record, double-click, press the “Edit This Record” button or F4 on your keyboard.
Here, you can see other details, change the unit of measure and cost of the item, apply a discount, and add a vendor’s purchase number if necessary.
