To receive items into Artisan without a purchase order, click on “Receiving” from the “Main Menu” and “Receive Inventory Without a PO.”
Select a vendor to receive from.
Since there isn’t a PO for this vendor, the “expected” quantity is at zero. To enter in an amount for a “received” quantity, press “enter” and input the amount.
Or, press “Scan Mode” and start scanning in items. Once you’re finished scanning, hit “Process” to save your scan count.
Once you’re finished entering all items in, press “Process.”
The counts will be accepted into Artisan.
