How to Send Backup Data to CerTek

    To help diagnose and treat Artisan problems, our Technical Support staff might ask for a copy of your data to analyze. 

    Support might also ask for your log .txt file. Click here to learn more.


    Click on “Tools,” then “Back Up Data.” Or, simply click on the “Backup” icon in the toolbar.

    Choose where to save your backup file. (Backup files always start with Artisan_backup_ followed by a series of numbers, then .data at the end).

    Upload or drag your file onto this page.

    Fill out the form with your contact info and a brief description.

    You should get a confirmation message on the screen once the file has been sent. Do not close out of the window until the upload is finished.
