When printing from a list of records, you’ll be taken to a “Table Printing Options” screen. Certain printing screens might show more or less options depending upon what’s supported for a particular type of record. From here you can choose to print the list in different formats, including (in some cases) as customizable forms or labels.

Print List of Records
This will print out details for any record(s) you have selected. In this example, we’re printing out two customer records. Depending on your security settings, Artisan may ask you to confirm that this is what you want to do, or require authorization.
Artisan will print just the columns that are visible in the list view on the screen. You can use “Configure Columns” to change the columns shown.
Caution: The print size will be adjusted to fit the page. If you have too many columns visible, your print size will be very small. Reduce the number of columns to increase the font size.
Print Details for One Record
This will print details for the record you currently have selected. In this example, we have the customer record “Shawn Allen” selected. Artisan will print out the record details, like the Customer ID, First and Last Name, Business Name, DOB, and all other fields stored in the record.

Print Details for All Matching Records
Artisan will print record details for all matching records–meaning, all records displayed on the records list screen. Keep this in mind if you have a lot of records displayed on the records list screen, such as customers or items, as Artisan will print them ALL out. You may wish to narrow your search beforehand to decrease the records being printed, if necessary.

From the form records list, Artisan will print the form you have selected on the records list screen.
Print Forms for All Matching Records
From the form records list, Artisan will print the form records displayed on the records list screen.
Preview Form (Email/Export/Print)
From the form records list, Artisan will display the form you have selected.
