Accessing QuickSupport

QuickSupport is an application that allows users to access other computers via a remote connection. Our Tech Support team uses this program to help diagnose problems

Type helpme.certek.com in your Internet search bar and press the “Enter” key on your keyboard.

You’ll be taken to this page:

That page should automatically load the following:


This “Loading TeamViewer” page will start downloading TeamViewer Quick Support on your computer.

For Windows Users

Once the program has finished downloading, click on “Open File.


Click “yes” on the pop-up screen that asks if you want this program to make changes to your computer.

QuickSupport will open. Let our Support Team know what your Session Code is, so they can remotely connect to your computer.
