You’ll want to install TeamViewer Host if you need to share your computer screen to one of our Tech Support members. Once you download/install the program, email support@certek.com with your automatically assigned “ID” and “password” (step #9.)
Download TeamViewer Host
1. Type get.teamviewer.com/certekhost in your browser search bar and press the “Enter” key on your keyboard.
2. Click on “Open File.“
If TeamViewer Host Doesn’t Automatically Appear
If the file doesn’t automatically appear on your screen, type “Downloads” in your computer’s search bar to pull up your downloaded files. Double-click on “TeamViewer_Host_Setup“).
3. A screen will pop-up, asking if you want the program to make changes to your computer. Click “yes.”
4. On the “Welcome to TeamViewer Host” screen, click “Next.”
5. Click on which option applies to you and click “Next.”
6. Accept the License Agreement terms.
7. The program will finish installing.
8. Now, launch TeamViewer Host. The program should have an icon on your home screen. If there isn’t an icon, look up “TeamViewer Host” in your computer search bar and double-click on the search result.
If asked to set a password for your TeamViewer, skip this part. You do not need to set a password.
9. TeamViewer Host automatically assigns you a unique ID and Password. Let our Support Team know what these are.
