In Artisan, you can use the “Bulk Changes” button to edit multiple records at the same time.
To do this, head to a record list. For this example, we’ll head to the Item Records screen.
First, we’ll narrow down our search to the group of records (in this case, items) that we want to make changes to. In this example, we want to change all Item Records in the “Clothes” category. Then, we’ll select “Bulk Changes.”
This opens the “Bulk Changes” screen. For this example, we want to apply a specific discount to these items. We’ll click on “Bulk Change Retail Discounts.”
We’ll fill in the retail discount, start and end date, and if we want to disable automatic discounts.
Hit “OK” and “Yes” when finished.
