Artisan lets you send purchase orders, reports, and other data from the program, tied to your email address. Starting in 4.8, you may also CC email addresses to send to more people.
Set Up Your Email
The first step is to set up your email address in Artisan. Follow these instructions to learn how.
Open the Document
Open the document you want to email, such as a purchase order or a report. Click on the “Email” icon.
Or, select the “Report” tab and the “Mail” option.
Insert the email you want to send the document to, then enter any emails you want to CC in the “CC” line. Separate multiple emails by a comma. Once you’re done, press “Send.”
