You can keep track of up to 5 Product Pictures for each item. There are 3 good uses for product pictures. One is to use them for Quick Pick Items. If you have a service or product that you don’t keep track of too closely, you can put this item on a Quick Pick menu. In the Sales Screen, press F11 or click on Quick Pick to bring up the menu. The Quick Pick Menu is similar to a scan book you might find at your local Building Supply store for example. Since bricks and other items aren’t easy to put a bar code on, they put the bar codes in a book. Artisan lets you create your own book with an unlimited number of items and categories. You can associate product pictures and choose a background color to help make product selection fast and accurate.

Quickly Import your pictures into Artisan, just click on the import button beside your desired image designation and browse to your file. You will be able to see the image in the large box and when you click on the box you open up the viewer with that image. From the viewer you can flip through all your images for this item.

Thumbnail Image can be added the same way for this item, for use in an online store catalog, or for display directly from Artisan. The image will appear at the bottom of the Cash Register screen when the item is added to the sale and on the Basic tab of the item record. You can click on the image to enlarge.
