CONNECT WITH YOUR COMPUTER TO A TECHNICIAN

SEND FILES TO A TECHNICIAN

You may occasionally need to send us one or more files in order for us to help you with an issue, or for other reasons, like Data Conversions, Custom Logos, etc. There are several ways to do this.

If you were not requested to do this by a support technician, make sure this is clearly associated with an existing open support ticket, or contact us immediately afterward so we can open a ticket. We cannot process files without an open support ticket.

You can use the form below to send us one or more files. If you’re sending multiple files (or a single large file that isn’t already compressed), it’s best to first “zip” them up into a single compressed zip “archive” file, using a tool like WinZip or JustZIPit, or with “Send To Compressed Folder” in Windows operating system.

BACKUPS

We cannot stress enough the importance of daily (at least weekly) backups of your Artisan Data. Backing up data is easy, and usually fast. Please call and ask for FREE assistance with this crucial task. As always please remember that we want to assist you, so please, cooperation is critical to a successful resolution of your issue. Listen carefully and follow the technician’s suggestions, tell the technician what happens after you perform the suggested task. By and large, we are a friendly group and most of our customers are as well. We may from time to time invoke a little humor into the sometimes-tense situation. Please remain calm, as this is the only way that we are going to assist you. Thank you.
