Give our support line a call. Our support hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST, and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm EST. You will immediately be put in line for the next available technician. Calling After Hours? Calls are routed to an answering service. Leave a message with a live operator, and we will call you back on the next business day.

Please complete this form to create a support ticket. Please include details so that we may direct your request to the appropriate technician. You may also submit small files for review for data conversions, logos, etc. To submit backup files, please scroll down to the “Backups” section.

If you were not requested to send files by a support technician, make sure this is clearly associated with an existing open support ticket, or contact us immediately afterward so we can open a ticket. We cannot process files without an open support ticket.

You can use this form to send us one or more files. If you’re sending multiple files (or a single large file that isn’t already compressed), it’s best to first “zip” them up into a single compressed zip “archive” file, using a tool like WinZip or JustZIPit, or with “Send To Compressed Folder” in Windows operating system.
