CerTek Software has officially partnered with Transaction Services (TRX) to bring seamless payment options to retailers. Integrated directly with Artisan Point of Sale, this solution provides high-speed processing with a variety of key features.
Working alongside Artisan, all card brands, such as American Express, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted, as well as debit, loyalty, and gift cards. Payment environments like Internet, MOTO (mail-order/telephone-order), mobile, contactless, and wireless are possible as well. Payments are processed securely, in line with PCI-DSS standards. Sensitive card data is never stored in Artisan or with the processor.
TRX users have access to unique reports through a virtual portal, including customer activity and sales analysis. Merchants and customers can also opt-in for email alerts, letting both parties know when transactions are processed. A mobile app is available to collect payments, recorded in Artisan through a special payment type set up in the program.
